Empty Hogans A Return to Hweelde (2008)

was produced for the University of Northern Colorado's Presidential Academy in American History and Civics Education and documents a group of Navajo teachers as they retrace their ancestors' "Long Walk" to Ft. Sumner, New Mexico over 140 years ago. This emotional yet informational story is being shown in over a dozen Navajo School Districts and to teachers and students who visit the Bosque Redondo State Memorial at Ft. Sumner, New Mexico.


Josh's Story

was produced to help raise funds for Joshua Ruchotzke, a young yet very talented student-athlete from Hanna City, Illinois, who lost his hands and feet to a common Strep A virus in early 2008. The promising baseball and basketball player has been receiving treatment and therapy at the Center for Extremities at Risk at Presbyterian/St. Lukes Hospital in Denver..

Produced, wrote and directed an informational video in 2006 for industrial technology giant Keane Incorporated, which accompanied it’s Federal Sector group’s bid to the Regional Transportation District/ Denver on a transit pass utilization monitoring system.

Produced wrote and directed several educational DVDs for Navajo teachers in 2006 and 2007 through the University of Northern Colorado’s Middle Ground Project, a joint venture of the university’s Department of History and US Department of Education. Productions included the teaching of water history, sovereignty, poetry and ecology/environmental science in areas along the Colorado River plateau.
